As office administrator, BC handles all administrative and personnel matters associated with the law firm including, but not limited to file maintenance, client contact support, information technology control, billing, collection, employee oversight, trust accounting, preparation and filing of necessary tax documents, and inventory control.
BC has worked as a legal assistant for approximately 30 years. She is an integral part of the firm’s litigation and transactional documents, initial drafts of pleadings, legal research, discovery-related tasks, and assistance at arbitration final hearings. BC also has substantial experience in corporate matters, including the preparation of the various types of agreements necessary for the creation of entities and the preparation of required agreements and disclosure documents in connection with private placements.
